How does the pricing work?

We price our products a la carte and work with you to make sure we stay within your budget. That way, you only pay for what you need. The quoted price includes design, printing, and envelopes.

How do we start working together?

It’s easy – check out our process page and fill out our contact us form. Tell us as much as you can about the materials you need, and we will follow up with any additional questions and a proposal. The more information you provide, the better.

How does the payment work?

Once the proposal is signed and approved, we will provide an invoice for half of the project total. The remaining amount will be invoiced once the final design has been approved and before the order is shipped to you. We accept personal checks, Zelle transfers, Venmo, and PayPal (3% service fee).

How long will the whole process take?

We can finalize small projects from start to finish in one to two weeks. Larger projects like wedding suites should allow three weeks to finalize design and an additional three weeks for fulfillment – production, assembly and delivery.

Do you assemble wedding invitations?

We can assemble your invites for an additional fee or we can ship everything directly to you assembly-ready. Depending on the packaging and process, an assembly charge will be added to your final invoice. This charge starts at $75.

Are you able to print addresses on the envelopes?

We offer return address printing for $0.50 per envelope and guest address printing for $0.75 per envelope (for quantities over 100 – we offer printing for smaller quantities, as well, but due to fixed printing setup costs, the price per envelope is a little bit higher). For guest address printing, please provide an Excel file with all guest addresses proofed for spelling and errors.

Are stamps included in the quote?

Postage is not included in our quote. If you would like us to purchase stamps for you, we can add the cost to your final invoice. We can also design personalized stamps and will provide a quote upon request.

Is shipping included in the quote?

Yes, we charge a flat fee of $25 to ship your wedding invitations to you. For all other orders, shipping is based on the weight of the item. If you need an item overnighted, there will be an additional fee.
